Here are a few glimpses into how we've been spending our summertime so far... Nothing too exciting, but that's honestly just how I like it.

Thanks for the suggestions with running. I'm interested in your tempo running. I don't know how much faster I can run, with my brother he has us running a 9 minute mile...for 13 miles that is about as fast as I can go. :-)
Send me your training and info. on the tempo running though, I'm very interested.
